Lambingan Hills Travel Guide

Introduction

Lambingan Hills is a pure nature inspired attraction which is located in Sitio Maysawa, Barangay Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal. It offers panoramic views of the Sierra Madre mountain range and Laguna de Bay. Lambingan Hills is owned by a private family and it opened in the year 2018.

Lambingan Hills is two hours away from Manila. Because of its proximity to Manila, it is a great travel destination from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Visitors and tourists can experience a peaceful relaxation, perfect chill and peace of mind. It is a perfect getaway for nature tripping,  and camping with your kids, family, friends, and partners in life.

Moreover, travelers and tourists don’t need to go to Atok Benguet to experience the blooming flowers and visitors don’t need to go to Tagaytay City to experience the cool breeze because it’s all in this place. The main attractions at Lambingan Hills are the beautiful flower garden, swimming pool and heart peak at the top of the hill. Lambingan Hills activities include camping, stargazing, bonfire, swing, picnic and pictorial sessions.

My trip to Lambingan Hills

I’m so bored staying at the house due to work from home setup and I want some fresh air and mountain views. For this reason, I searched on the internet for a budget friendly day tour near Manila. After a few days of searching for my next travel destination, I finally found one. It is Treasure Mountain with a side trip to Lambingan Hills.

It was Friday morning when I arrived at our designated assembly place in Greenfield Mcdo. After relaxing and unwinding for almost seven hours at Treasure Mountain and El Patio Razon, our group settled to go to Lambingan Hills. We arrived at Lambingan Hills at 1 pm. Our group paid the registration fee and tour guide fee and after that we started walking. We took many pictures at Lambingan Hills signboard before we started to explore the place. After that we walk several meters to reach the picturesque flower garden.

The Celossian flowers in Lambingan Hills are so enticing and beautiful that some of the members decided to take close up pictures. Then we walked around and we saw the Lambingan Hills marker. A few meters from the marker is where we found a swimming pool but our group didn’t swim because we don’t have a budget anymore and also it’s too hot already. As a result, some of the members just rest under the tree while others are riding the tree swing.

According to our tour guide, Lambingan Hills swimming pool is clean and cold because they have immense access to natural spring water. Then we ordered some food and soft drinks for our afternoon snack. While eating, I noticed that the place is so peaceful and tranquil that I wish to be here for a longer period of time.

Also the staff there is so friendly and warm. Indeed, it is a healthy environment to be here. After resting and eating our snacks, we walk again going to the top. We pass a small bridge and finally we reach the peak of the hill.

At the top of the hill we saw a large heart symbol and we took our chance to snap photos. Then we saw a picture perfect spot where we could view Laguna Lake. I love the solid view and I fell in love with the place. Also we saw a lot of lovely couples taking prenup shots in this romantic place. For this reason I said to myself I hope all have tenderness.

We had our picture taken by our tour guide at that spot for ten minutes to capture all angles. As the sun was already high at that time, luckily we saw a nipa hut just beside the heart symbol. We sat there for thirty-five minutes and talked about life before the pandemic. Also we shared some thoughts about the mountains in Rizal that we hiked before.

After resting, we go down the hill and go to their restroom. I noticed that their restroom is clean and well maintained. Their facilities, canteen and stores are nice too. In my own opinion Lambingan Hills is truly a remarkable place for relaxation, connecting with nature and family bonding. Going up and down the hill takes only about 10 to 15 minutes.

Also, it has a nice view of the surroundings that makes you forget your problems and hardship in life. I definitely recommend this ideal place to my friends and loved ones. Before we entered the van, some of the group members did TikTok dances. Our group had a fun time. It was five in the afternoon when our van departed Lambingan Hills going back to Metro Manila.

After nearly two hours of smooth road travel, our van reached Manila around 7 pm. We came back home safely and in good condition. I’m so happy and thankful to be part of this organized tour going to Lambingan Hills. I wish I could go back to this relaxing place again. It was such an amazing experience in the province of Rizal. The trip was all worth it.

Overall my trip to Lambingan Hills sums up with this beautiful quote: “Don’t let this pandemic stop you from traveling and enjoying your life.”
